If you have not received your parcel within the recommended delivery time (listed on your final invoice) please check with your local post office or contact us for tracking information. Signature articles will not be left at unattended premises - if no one is home when your order is being delivered, it will be taken to your closest post office for safe collection.
The Express Post network covers 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and post office boxes. If your item is for an address outside this network, we'll use the fastest possible transport links, but it won't be covered by our Next Day Guarantee.
